City Wide Glass Ohio, Inc.

They were able to recreate two glass mirrors for an old medicine cabinet so I didn’t have to replace the whole thing. Very helpful, reasonably priced and quick work.

The best glass place in town, hands down.... Customer for life.

City Wide Glass has been a solid place to get glass custom cut and replacement glass packs installed into window sashes. They’ve always been fair with pricing and very friendly. They definitely strive to keep their customers happy. The receptionist Lisa is amazing as well. Definitely recommend

Like all construction sites, things maybe off a hair. City wide went above and beyond to make sure I had the fitment I needed without sacrificing quality or esthetics . Steve and Ahmed are craftsman, everything perfectly leveled. Not a scratch. Came in professional and fast. Lisa helped find solutions to our measurements and less then 24 hours later , job was complete. My company has been in business since 86 , we value others who take pride in what they do and help us get to the goals we need to achieve. Buckeye demolition is going to be using city glass moving forward. Thank you

Following up the response from the "owner" - my phone number? It is a different zip code because I live near Columbus. I had a client in Cleveland who needed a quote for Window replacements - not a sales call. I was trying to build a relationship to continue to use your company for my clients in the area. Not a big deal to me, should be a bigger issue is the customer service that your receptionist showcases on the very first phone call to a new potential customer. I was not selling anything to be clear - I introduced myself the way I always introduce myself when reaching out to a new vendor, my name and my company name - that is it. I hope the actual owner sees this and reads other reviews that are similar.
